Every version of this song is excellent (including Otis'
original, Patti's cover, the Black Crowes' album version
and that cool remix). Funky catchy tune (ok now play it
loud!).

Do you think if we were a fly on the wall in the recording studio, it might have gone like this, George
Drakoulis (the Producer), "I know you guys are a great ROCK band and may be adverse to a horn arrangement,
but the great Otis Redding had horns in his, so can we try one with the horns?" Also, to go back to one of
the original question, I heard the 'Horn Remix' version on WLUP "The Loop". Sure, they were more a
AOR/Classic Rock station at the time, not top 40, but that's where I heard it. Especially my friend, Bob
Stroud would play it and the Otis Redding original on his "Rock 'N' Roll Roots" show at noon. -Bill.
