YES!!!!! By God, that's what I've heard and that's what I'm looking for! Clean, no hint of processing or goosing.

It must be GoldDisc 903N as suggested upthread, or it's available SOMEWHERE and we don't know it.

It's been 40 years since I played this song on the radio brand new, so I don't remember, but was the full version with cold ending ever played in 1985 on the radio or was it always the faded ending?

I have GoldDisc 903, and while the cold ending is audible it's at the end of a fade. Certainly not full volume by any stretch of the imagination.

I can't say for certain whether that cold ending was around in 1985, I'm sure the station I was at played whatever was on the 45 (all music was on cart). I was a a Hot AC station in the early 90s, and DO recall the cold ending, though it may very well have been from GD 903 (music was on carts there too). Most of our gold library came from GoldDiscs.
