This song didn't chart on the Hot 100 but did manage to get to #119 on the Bubbling Under chart in 1967 and went to #1 on the Adult Contemporary (Easy Listening) chart. Does anyone know if it exists anywhere on CD? I only have an old MP3 that is obviously sourced from vinyl (especially noticeable right at the start of the song) and I noticed a few more clicks at other points in the song. The few versions on YouTube that I've seen apparently use the same source as the MP3 I just mentioned. I ask because I'm big on the AC Chart as well as the Pop Chart and would like to have a version of it without the crackling/popping. A search on Discogs didn't turn up any results on CD. Thanks for any information on this.

It's available on Qobuz and Amazon from this album.

In previewing the song on Qubuz, it's definitely from
vinyl. I didn't realize that Eddy Arnold also recorded the
same song as "Pretty World."

I should say I had remembered Eddy recorded the same song,
not realized, lol. We played Eddy's version on the Al Ham
formatted Music Of Your Life format.

I have a copy of the 45 in my collection.
I used to have the stereo lp but didn't
like the way the song was mixed on there,
it just didn't have the feel of the 45.
I'm surprised the album never got an
official reissue though.
Live in stereo.

Would this be the same song that Wynn Stewart had a #1
country hit with in 1967?
