I had forgotten about this song and i hadn't heard it since then! So i now wondered the same thing.

So i asked a friend if he had the 45, he didn't but he did send me a copy from the "Best-of" CD, as well the LP version.
Another buddy checked online and found all copies of the 45 for sale, from various countries, when the labels had the times they were all the same, 4:29 or 4:30, listed.
He also said the U.S. promo 12" was also 4:29. The 2 versions i have are also 4:29, actual.
Essentially, all we can find is one version of this song, regardless of format.

Also, seems the song was recorded for single release in Europe, and was not originally on the album "The Friends Of Mr. Cairo".   After it hit #1 in Sweden, they re-issued the album in the UK and U.S. with a new cover and added the track. So, it make sense they simply added the single version as it was already issued.
So, he found everything except a u.s. stock 45, but i'll safely conclude the LP and 45 were the same.
