If it's this version, then no: https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=uphaXAKeZH4 The version I heard on the radio sounded like "What's f- up", not "What's nuffed up" like the above video. Could anyone check the "clean" CD release of the American Idiot album to see if it's different to the promo CD? |

The file on my hard drive labeled "Clean Edit" does not match the YouTube video. It comes from TM Century, which presumably pulled it from the promo CD, and as I mentioned, the "f" word vocal is muted (not reversed). I have the original promo CD, but it's not accessible at the moment.

My "Clean Edit" from my promo cd (not in front of me at
the moment but have a rip on my hard drive) does not must the word. My version has the "nuffed up" reference and runs 4:21. I have the following marked in my collection on discogs: https://www.discogs.com/release/3815834-Green-Day- Boulevard-Of-Broken-Dreams |
