My commercial 45, which is stereo, has both a listed & actual time of (3:46). Aside from the (3:30) "LP Version", the other 2 current database CDs that include this song run (3:46) and (3:47), right around my 45's actual run time. But both of these CDs include the same database notation, "remixed LP version with extended fade." Pat, do you own this 45, to compare against these 2 CDs? I'm wondering if they might, in fact, be one and the same version, after all. Pat, if you'd like me to shoot you out a dub of my 45, to assist you in investigating this case, I'd be happy to - just let me know.

All of the comments for James Brown 45's came courtesy of Harry Weinger at Polydor. I do not have this 45 so if you wish to send me a copy Jim I can compare with the two cd's in question.

After reviewing your 45 Jim, it does appear that the version on two of the 3 cd's in the database are the 45 mix and length.
