The Scarface hit "I Never Seen A Man Cry" (aka "I Seen A Man Die") is included on the Box compilation Big Phat Ones Of Hip Hop, Vol. 1; however, it has the "f" word censored. This is not the censored radio version, but rather an attempt to clean up the LP version. I've never heard this version anywhere else. Also, the database is missing an entry for this song on the above mentioned CD.

upon further review.....the cd version below

(S) (4:28) Backstage 9011 The Bomb – Hip Hop Vol. 1
(censored radio version)

is ALMOST the same as the cassingle version...."the bomb"
cd has the preceding song tracking onto the spoken word
intro while the cassingle version starts with talking and
THEN the music starts.....thanks to todd, he used the
cassingle intro and spliced it to "the bomb" cd
version.....interestingly....the cassingle states the
version as "radio version" which isn't the same as the
radio version from the below promo cd single i have...

Scarface
i never seen a man cry
rap-a-lot records/noo trybe records dpro-14244
1-radio version (4:30 listed; 4:28 actual)
2-instrumental (4:30 listed; 4:30 actual)

the promo cd single "radio version" doesn't have the
spoken word intro on it while the cassingle "radio
version" does...

i also have the import cd single from the uk issued as
noo trybe records vuscdj 94 lc 3098 which contains the
below tracks...

1-clean radio version (4:28 listed; 4:28 actual)
2-remixed by barry adamson for big fist (clean version)
(4:56 listed; 4:56 actual)
3-4 hero nw2 gansta move (clean version) (4:29 listed;
4:29 actual)

thanks todd for re-creating the true cassingle
version....THANKS!!!
