Could someone check their copies of Orchestral Manoeuvers In The Dark's (Forever) Live & Die from 1986?

I ask because the labels, Wikipedia, and even our database show a length of 3:34 to 3:36 and my copy (from UK Now! 8) after trimming silence runs 3:32 from dead silence to dead silence.

In "The Best of OMD" it runs 3:35 and is audible until the
very end.

That's exactly what I needed to know: the Now 8 version is an early fade.

Thanks, elcoleccionista!

Has anyone checked to make sure there are no mix differences, though? Sometimes a single mix and album mix can almost be the same time.

I've not checked for mix differences; I'll see if I can get hold of the album.

Thanks Gene. Please keep us posted on your findings. I'm still amazed on how much this group is still uncovering after all these decades to uncover things. You'd think we'd be "done" by now, but it's more like a never ending project. :)
