Although the single length IS Available on CD, the album version is much more common, and the edit to make the LP length match the single is very easy:
(Edit performed on freshly ripped track from "The Nylon Curtain" CD)
Remove 1:22 worth of the song from 2:22 to 3:44, on the downbeat.
That's it!
MY LP version seemed to run slightly faster than the single version, but there could be any number of reasons for that. I'd want somebody to compare the original 45 to the CD to be sure if the single had any speed differences.

The music video version features a different edit
according to Wikipedia.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pressure_(Billy_Joel_song)
This version slightly differs from the album version.
At the start of the bridge (3:20) there are
instruments present which are not in the album
version, such as a glockenspiel and an extra keyboard
part. At the end of the bridge, the album version
breaks before Joel sings "Pressure! I'm sure you have
some cosmic rationale". There is no such break in the
video version.
