As indicated in the database, everything available on CD is the LP version. The 45 runs an actual 3:18. It's one easy edit to recreate the 45.

Keep 0:00 - 2:41.569
Remove 2:41.569 - 3:33.170
Keep 3:33.170 - the end.

The resulting edit runs 3:18.

The single version is available as a bonus track on the digital version of the Hard Core Poetry album, which must have been released quite recently, as I hadn't noticed it before.
