2-sleep to dream (live) (4:35)
while my promo cd single issued as clean slate osk 0771 contains the below listed tracks
1-criminal (radio edit) (listed 4:46; actual 4:43)

Ed -
there was a cassingle and a 7"...got 'em both.
To answer the question as asked, yes Billboard noted cassette single availability during the song's chart run..

I'd been curious about the radio edits for some time. At my last station, in the absence of the promo single, I'd made my own, which is still in the gold library. (I was close but missed one cut.)
After listening to Ed's radio edit, I've found that there are two cuts, an early fade, and an imperceptible (+0.07%) slight pitch change. Here are the cuts, in case you want to make your own. Original times reference the "Tidal" disc:
1. Cut from (4.22.5) to (4.33.2)
2. Cut from (4.41.0) to (4.46.3)
3. Cut everything after (4.59.5)
The resulting edit has cuts at (4:22) and (4:30), with a fade from about (4:33) to (4:43).
