My commercial 45, which is mono and confirmed as Parrot 349, has a listed time of (3:00) and an actual time of (2:59). My reason for posting is that, according to the database, this song is unavailable on a domestic CD, which I agree with. FYI, I have found this same, listed (3:00), actual (2:59) version (but in stereo) on an Import CD released way back in 1991, titled "Defrosted". This is a reissue of their original 8-song, second LP, with 4 bonus tracks included. It is on Repertoire REP 4172-WZ, and is still available on Amazon. I had picked up the group's erlier, self-titled LP, also on a Repertoire CD (REP 4156-WZ) many years ago. This first CD contains both the LP version of "House Of The Rising Sun", as well as their 1971 Hot 100 charter, "Heartbreak Hotel" as one of two included bonus tracks. I have never had any luck finding any Frijid Pink CDs domestically, so I hope this info may be of value. Owning these two CDs pretty much covers this band's "glory days" output.
