Trying to track down a 45 version for this song. They all are very pricey...

I did see a label listing the 45 at 3:59 vs. 4:33 or so for the LP version.

Can the 45 be recreated?

the 45 has a run time of 4:07. I can send you an MP3...

since 2 Rush songs have been mentioned, here are several more..

Limelight - the 45 has a run time of 4:02 - lp version 4:22. The intro is trimmed.

The Big Money - the promo 45 has a 4:30 edit - lp version 5:10

Subdivisions - the promo 45 has a 4:25 version - lp version 5:34

Is it possible recreate the 45 from the LP version? I'm
assuming it's more than an early fade.

I recall the keyboard solo is excised (unfortunate too because that's a notable part of the song)

Since this was mentioned, anyone know if the promo can be extracted from the full version?

Thanks, John.

So the verdict is it can. Three edits (one easy, two a little tricky) and an
early fade.
