Just caught another 45/LP difference. On the CD version of this song there's an instrumental "wind-down" (I'm sure there is a more correct musical term for it) which runs differently on all three CDs I checked, and they're all different than the 45. On "Anthology" it is the longest - 2:31-2:34. The 45, however, cuts it about a second short. What's more, the ending on "Anthology" plays out, while the 45 fades early. That, plus a speedup of about +.20 on the 45, make for about a 4-second difference between the LP and 45 versions. It's easy to fix that; just use the Anthology version and match the "wind-down" and the fade to the 45. Unless that is, there is a different mix or something I missed. I'm calling it the 45-Edit.
