| All of my Whitburn reference books, including the newest one, state a time of (2:52) for this song. I don't know what these findings are based on. My commercial 45 has a listed time of (3:28) and an actual time of (3:30). My promo 45 has the exact same timings for its stereo side, and has both a listed & actual (3:28) time for the mono side. Maybe our friends in Menomonee Falls, WI could shed some light on this; perhaps there were two different commercial 45's issued for this. |

Are they confusing this with Dionne's hit from 1970 called "I'll Never Fall In Love Again" that does clock in at 2:52? |

you can effectively create the proper running 45 version of
dionne warwick's 1970 hit 'i'll never fall in love again' issued as scepter 12273 by fading the 3:00 running version for 0:15 from 2:37 to 2:52.... ------------- edtop40 |
