I've only heard the stereo (LP?) mix up 'til now; does the hit 45 mix exist on CD? Thanx in advance!

According to Pat's database, the only mono appearance on CD is on Happy Together - The Best Of White Whale Records on the Varese-Sarabande label.

And it's out of print! (But I'm sure you can find a copy if you ask around.)
