Rock Airplay Monitor was a sister publication by Billboard that started in December 1993. Another group is looking for the issues from December 1993 to September 1994. World Radio History has some of these, but not all.

Any chance the radio guys in this group have access to copies of these?

Not sure there is much chart interest in that forum but we shall se.
