(OT) Tommy Conwell - I’m Not Your Man

Probably a long shot here since this was a low-peaking
single (#74 in 1988). It had alot of airplay on the AOR
stations in the Philly area, and the group was from the
area as well. The song did go to #1 on the Mainstream
Rock chart, and there was a separate version in which the
intro was shortened and the talking by Tommy before the
first verse was removed. Does anyone know if this version
is available anywhere on CD? The Promo 45 listing on
Discogs shows a version titled, "Without Intro", so I'm
assuming it's the same one I'm mentioning now. I believe
the commercial 45 had the Album Version with the talking
on the intro. I have checked Discogs but couldn't find
any CD listings for it, so I thought I'd check here, in
case it might be on some rare CD that perhaps isn't
listed on there yet. Thanks in advance for any
information.

Well it turns out that there was a promo CD Single for this song after all, it's just not listed on Discogs. It's currently available on eBay in a package deal with one of his other promo singles. From the photos, it appears to have the same exact tracks as the promo 45, "With Intro" and "Without Intro". I assume it would be the same catalog number as the Promo 45 as well.
