   So, has anybody here purchased (or heard) the Herman Brood CD that is part of the "Essential" series, which CD is referenced by edtop40 three posts above this one?

Like Ed, I am also curious if the version of "Saturdaynight" that is Track 1 on that CD is the correct U.S. Single Version.  Given that that Essential CD appears to be a European issue, my sense is that it is probably not the correct version even though the timing is pretty close.  Before I purchased it, I thought I would re-visit this.

	well...i spent the $7.00 to buy the essential cd and it's NOT the 45 version......if anyone wants a file to compare themselves, please send me a pm.......i guess we'll just have to settle for a vinyl clean-up at some point....

	Sorry to hear the Herman Brood Essential CD doesn't have the 45 version of "Saturdaynight", Ed. It stinks to waste money on a disc that doesn't have what you're looking for, but we appreciate you "taking one for the team" and alerting us of your findings.

	Is what was on the U.S. LP gettable anywhere on CD, even via import? I saw a YouTube video which appears to have the LP version (from vinyl) overlaid over some custom film footage from the uploader (has nothing to do with the song).
