   Hey everyone - I actually have something good to share.  :)  Markie has confirmed the version I have of "I Got My Mind Made Up" by Instant Funk on the UK 5-CD set "100 Disco Classics Hits" is the single version, which can only be found on a couple of Time Life CDs and a Koch greatest hits CD. 	I love this song (I still have my original 45). I purchased that Koch Best Of disc when it was released to get the 45 version. I think now it's the 12" version that is harder to find on CD (all most ten minutes of funky disco music).

	Love both..... Larry Levan really stripped the track to its bare bones when he created the 12".

	my commercial 45 for the instant funk song 'i got my mind made up (you can get it girl) issued as salsoul 2078 lists a run time on the label as 3:20 but actually runs 3:21....the 3:19 cd version runs 0:02 short.....the last words heard on the 45 is "i've got my mind made up, come on, you can get it, get it girl, anytime, tonight is fine'...the last lines heard on the 3:19 cd edit version is "i've got my mind made up, come on, you can get it, get it girl, anytime'......they leave edit the last phrase off.....mark is trying to extend the cd 45 version to match the actual vinyl 45's length.....thanks frank for providing the raw material for the analysis... 	FYI, You can extend the digital 45 version by pasting on the end of the LP version (5:20) to the end of the 45 version (3:19). The resulting file runs 3:21.
