Unable to login to database

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   It's telling me I must log out when I wasn't logged in. I log out, attempt to login with my database username and password and get a you need to log out first prompt. I can't login to the database.

	Yeah, that's an old bug. Can you see a User ID anywhere in the messages you're getting? Like, a four-digit numeric user ID, in the address bar, maybe? If so, you should be able to enter this: http://www.top40musiconcd.com/logOut.asp?userID=XXXX and replace the X's at the end with your user ID, and it should log you out and enable you to log in again. 	Whatever the issue was, everything worked normally today.

	Brian - I believe that old bug was fixed back in April when the site was overhauled. The "simultaneous login" warning hasn't appeared for me ever since the update. John - Whatever you were running into today, maybe it had to do with cookies/cache. I haven't any any login issues on my end.
