   I picked up the DJ 45 this week. Label lists 3:13 on both sides. Mono side runs 3:12, stereo side runs 3:10.

Both sides fade at the same point. Stereo side runs out sooner as it is pitched up in comparison to the mono, enough for the two second difference.
