In Whitburn's Pop Annual, it indicates the single length is 3:15. Is that accurate? (It appears the album length of "Sweet City Woman" (3:25) is the only version on CD.)

Yes it is, Gordon. Both my commercial and promo 45s for it have a listed and actual time of (3:15).
