In 1983, a few years after the success of "Take Your Time...", the S.O.S. Band had a song called "Just Be Good To Me." I've seen the 12" versions of the song in the 8:00-10:00 time frames. However, I have what's labeled as the 45 version at 5:50, while on an older T.M. Century disc, I have a version running about 3:56.
Was there a 'DJ edit' for this song? If so, does anyone know a run time? |

I just checked my copy. The label shows it as being 5:37 on both sides, one side (matrix # ZS4-03955-3AA) actual time is 4:26, the other side (matrix # ZS4-03955-3BA) runs 5:41.
It sounds like just an early fade, though I didn't actually put it in Adobe & verify this. Edited by Hykker |

Another low charting S.O.S. Band song and follow-up to "Just Be Good To Me," their #65 peaking song "Tell Me If You Still Care" has two promo 45s. One promo has a listed time of 4:59 and actual time 5:02 on both sides. The other promo 45 says "DJ Reservice" on the label. One side keeps the 4:59 listed version, while the other side has a listed time of 3:30. The short side has an actual time of 4:05 and is an early fade of the longer version.
