It is not brickwalled, sounds just fine. Overall, I still prefer Aaron's recreation after doing a quick comparison.

Thanks -- I have checked it out now and I'm pretty impressed (and thankful) that it wasn't remastered/limited to crazy-hot levels like some of the digital reissue singles have been. Pleasantly surprised actually -- it's a touch bright in its native form but a little EQ makes it sound a little fuller.
And, separately, Aaron's work is always fantastic and utterly appreciated of course! |
