I was surprised there was nothing on the chat board
about Urgent by Foreigner. Is the 45 version simply an edit of the LP or are there mix differences like so many of the other Foreigner singles? |

It's listed as being on 2 of the hits collections they
have so that's my go to copy. Mine runs 3:56. |

There is no difference in the mix. There is one edit
during the second bridge that cuts down eight bars to four bars, and the 45 fades earlier than the album version during the "Urgent! Urgent! Urgent! Urgent! Emergency!" ad-lib. |
