Promo 45 versions

I am on a mission to locate as many promo 45 versions as I can. I've compiled a list, and am searching brick and mortars, ebay, musicstack, gemm etc. I already own these in their LP versions on CD.

If any of you can tell me if the promo 45 edits can be recreated (early fades etc.), much appreciated.

No, actually "Jack and Jill" was an edit, as Jim pointed out on this site recently. In the database it was listed as an early fade, but Jim said that the intro is significantly shorter on the dj 45. I don't know if there are other edits, too.

Using the search function, I found the post on Raydio's "Jack and Jill."

Using what was mentioned about a :17 intro, and using the time of the promo mentioned in the database of 3:39, I created what I think may be close to the promo edit. Not sure though...

LOL, I got the intro right, but the rest of the song leading up to 3:39 sounds different.

Well, my promo 45 has been ordered...now on to the rest of my list! :)

You're right they are both UK releases and both have the 17 sec intro.
