   Is the 7 min version the only one released in any CD? I know it wasn't released 

as a single but I recall it getting airplay. Was there every a shorter version of 

this song?

	Yes, there was a 4 1/2 minute version released on the import CD single, but I'm not sure if there was a US promo. I've got it if you want it.

	Cowboys and Angels was not released in the US. It may have received unsolicited album track airplay where you lived. The American singles from that album were were PFT, Freedom, WFTD (with Mother's Pride, the b-side, charting due to Gulf war airplay) and Soul Free, which was advertised in Radio & Records, sent to CHR, retailed with a limited circulation cassette single, but charted nowhere.

	It also made "Significant Action" on Radio And Records AC, so it got some airplay.
