   Not available on a domestic CD, anyone have any idea if it ever made it to CD in any other country? I checked Itunes, Qobuz and 7digital and no luck.

If anyone can point me in the right direction much appreciated...

	I'm showing that there is a CD, "The Best Of" and that it's on the "Sound" label - probably an import. 	The link you sent gave me an idea to look at EBAY for it and the good news is it is available on a compilation. Just picked it up.
