   my commercial cd single of the spice girls song "2 become 1" issued as virgin 38604 states the first track as the "single version" with a listed run time of 4:05 but actualy runs 3:58.....i don't have the full length cd/lp version that runs 4:00 to compare but does anyone know if there is a difference in the versions.......

	Lines in the second verse were rerecorded with alternate lyrics. On the album version, Ginger sings: "Any deal that we endeavour/boys and girls feel good together" On the single version, Posh instead sings: "Once again if we endeavour/love will bring us back together" hangs head in shame

	We got in two CD singles for this: one was an "official" promo, and the other was a commercial CD single that Virgin sent to the station, complete with "promotional-not for sale" labels affixed to both the disc itself and the jewel case insert. This latter CD single also has a different stock # than the one Ed provided above for his commercial CD single, however. Here are my particulars: Spice Girls-"2 Become 1" (DPRO-12707) 1-Album Version (listed & actual 4:00) 2 & 3-Call out research hooks (#1 & #2) Spice Girls-"2 Become 1" (V25G-38609) 1-(Single Version) (listed & actual 3:59) 2-(Dave Way Mix) (listed & actual 3:59) 3-a different track, "One Of These Girls" 4-(Spanish Version) (listed 4:03; actual 4:02) 5-(Orchestral Version) (listed 4:04; actual 4:03)
