my commercial 45 runs 3:26 and contains "pb-12296 a-10 a 107421 mr" in the runout groove and matches the cd version from "greatest hits-rock n soul pt 1"

I noticed my wrong posting. I forgot to cut off the :03 margin on a wave file from my vinyl 45 when I clocked the actual running time. Therefore, my commercial 45's actual running time is (3:26) Pat, delete the (3:29) info by my posting on the database. Sorry! Thanks for the correct run time info, ed. --abagon |

The commercial 45 surely ran (3:26). The listed time is "3:29" on the record label. Therefore, my first posting was a reversed inormation between the actual and the listed time. Please add the listed time "3:29". --abagon |

FYI... Regarding Daryl Hall & John Oates' "Private Eyes", the database is missing a "45 length" comment next to the A Year In Your Life - 1981 Vol. 2 various artists CD (Definitive Records 32399) (though the track on this disc technically runs :03 shorter than the actual commercial 45 length).

Promo 45 JH-12296 has a listed time of 3:29 and actual time of 3:26. Deadwax is PB-12296-A-14 and R-7870-14 one one side. Other side deadwax is PA-12296-C-10 and R-7869-10 also with "Masterdisk RL".
