Eriejwg, what is the source of your stereo 45 version? I wasn't aware that the single version was issued in stereo. DJ 45s and stock 45s I've always found from 1969 and 1971 are in mono, as were the Columbia Hall of Fame re-isues.

Come to think of it Todd, when I played "Hard To Say I'm Sorry" on the radio in 1982, I seem to remember a fade out at 3:46 and no beginning drumbeat. Is that where your file fades out?
