It segues into "Stik 'N'Muve," which starts with street/city sound effects. What you're hearing on Monsters Of Rap is the segue between the two songs. The LP version on the singles is un-segued.

My 2-track promo CD single has 1. Vocal 2. Instrumental. Both state and are actually (3:36). We were also sent the stock 5-track CD single, with "LP version" as Track 3, listed at (3:38) but is actually (3:36). Just popped 'em in CD players 1 & 2, comparing every few seconds, and as Aaron said, "Vocal" and "LP Version" do appear to be identical.

An e-bay seller lists the cassette single as having the "LP version" as the lead track (and "Bionyx Remix" as track 2).

TM Century lists the version as "Vocal," which leads me to believe that the promo single has it labeled as such. There is no difference between the "Vocal" and "LP version" as there are no censored lyrics or mix differences.
