Yes Jody, you're right. The 45 commences at the second set of horn notes. At around the :15 mark.

Would that not be the second set of horn notes? I recall it only repeating twice on the radio promo, but thrice on the LP version. Is that at all correct?

Yes. That's a super easy one.

All you have to do is chop off the first 15 seconds or so of the 3:30 Version and start with the first horn notes.
