the promo CD just an early fade of the album version?

Been trying to figure out the timing on "My Love is the Shhh!" by Somethin' for the People feat. Trina & Tamara...

The database lists the timing for this track on its parent album "This Time It's Personal" as 5:06. Discogs confirms that time.

I have a version from "This Time It's Personal" (which I think I got from itunes) that runs 4:41.

Were there two pressings of this cd?
