LOL. Some programs will allow you to set your fade above 100%, so you could "fade" from 100% to, say, 200%, which would cause the volume to get louder instead of quieter. Yeah, I haven't tried this one myself, but essentially you have to amplify the ending, so that the fade starts later. I just tried to create the 45 version utilizing the LP version from the "Like The Rock" cd and matched it against a copy of the 45.

Unless I am doing something completely wrong, it seems as if the 45 version can not be created from the LP. The fade on the LP version fades much earlier in the song than the 45.   The LP has a long slow fade and the 45 fades out rather quickly towards the end.

Has anyone else noticed this? While we're talking about the 'edit' of "American Storm", does anyone know if the FULL LENGTH version issued on promo vinyl [SPRO-9641] has ever been issued on CD anywhere? Nice cold ending.
