I have 2 different versions of this song. One is shown as
being Lady Gaga with Colby O'Donis, runs 4:01 and has no rap
over the bridge.
The other is listed as Lady Gaga with Kardinal Offishall,
runs 3:25 and has a rap over the bridge.

Both versions are on Newmusicserver.com, which is where I
believe I got them from.

I don't ever remember hearing the rap version on the air.

gaga....shouldn't it actually be lady gaga featuring colby

This sounds like a custom edit. As I was driving around Las Vegas (for the holiday weekend), the CHR station here played a version of "Just Dance" that did NOT have the "rap" section by Colby O'Donis. There were a few other minor differences, including: at the beginning, where Lady Gaga "advertises" all the parties that produced this record "Red One (producer), Konvict (Akon's production company), Gaga (self promotion)", "Konvict" is missing.
