Yes there is a US promo cd single for Rockstar and it is Roadrunner Records 10195. Looks like Matt's won't be able to get this for me, either.

"Sorry I have tried to track down a copy without any luck in the last week. You may have better luck elsewhere, it is something we will get in but it may take 6 months or more before it appears on the website.
Thought it best to let you know as you may find one elsewhere in the meantime.

The only US promo I've seen (but not heard) is a 1-track disc with no version specified.
