my commercial 45 issued as polydor 871110 does not state a version on the face, but it does have a stated run time of 3:52 and indeed does run that length......it should be noted that the lone db entry should be amended......both the beginning and end of this song, tracks into the previous and following songs......even the import cd single which lists the version there-in as the 7" version has these features.....the true 45 version can be created by subtly fading the intro and outro by 0:01 each, removing the unwanted tracks....this should be noted in the db...
