The word "missing" was a bad choice of words on my part.  There is reverb on the mono version, but it's dialed down quite a bit comparatively.  To me, that whole section (not just the selected handclaps) is swimming in reverb on the stereo version, while it sounds drier on the mono version.]]>

However, the mix is different. What the <br />mixer did was choose certain hand claps on which to turn <br />the reverb WAY up. Different handclaps were chosen on <br />each mix so they don't match. The boosted reverb is <br />easier to hear on the stereo version because it's in the <br />center of the mix, but if you listen to the mono mix you <br />can hear boosts there too, just not on the same claps. ]]>
