Thank you for your question.
There is the overdub from 2:20 to 2:38 of the bridge.
Two Steve Perry's "Foolish" whispers start at 2:23 and 2:28. And there is the overdub by the synthesizer sound,too (the outstanding point at 2:29). And 45 version might be stronger percussion sound than vinyl LP version.

Thanks for bringing up another great catch, abagon!    Do you detect any other differences between the 45 and LP besides the overdub at 2:23? I ask because it strikes me as odd that the record label would elect to make such a small change for 45 release. STEVE PERRY "Foolish Heart",45 commercial copy(COLUMBIA 38-04693 US issue) is overdubed on the point of time "2:23".Steve Perry whispers "Foolish".
However, This on the vinyl LP"Street Talk"(COLUMBIA FC39334 US issue) is NOT done.
Both 45&LP run "3:37".
