That's a competely different mix from the "US Club Edit" found on the UK CD Single -

I won't pretend to know all the ins and out of Roxette's worldwide discography -- but the version in the Youtube video is likely to be someone's homemade edit in my opinion. The cold ending and the parts with extra echo, etc., after the first verse seem to come from the 'Extended Club Mix' (aka 'Waste of Vinyl 12" Mix'). Roxette fans are pretty observant (collecting all those random mixes and releases takes attention to detail for sure), and the fact that this alternate version doesn't appear to have been mentioned on Discogs, etc., throughout the years is suspicious to me. Again, just my opinion though!

EsternalStatic, I second your opinion. MangoMusic, how is that "US Club Edit" in the UK CD single different from the one in the US promo? I hear the same version.

I don't have the US Promo so I can't advise.  The mix featured on the UK CD Single (double a side with the re-released Listen To Your Heart) is the version I would hear Benny Brown playing on the American Countdown here in the UK,  I always found it odd that it was labelled as "US Club Edit" as it doesn't sound like a club mix at all.

On further investigation it appears the UK CD Single is in fact mislabelled. According to the discography page on The Daily Roxette "The US Club edit is really the Swedish 7″ version".

I have the promo disc with the "club" mixes and can confirm it features the same version found on track 4 of the UK CD single. And just like you, I found it misleading that they labeled them like that. It would have made much more sense to name the Daniel Abraham "power mixes" that way, those were the ones that got played in the clubs. Labelling is often times best ignored, this is one of those cases where the same version is named differently depending on the country. On the German "Dangerous" CD single, this very same version we are discussing is simply the "7" Version".
