(Most artists don't even want their work edited.) In terms of the actual start time of the fade (if that's what you're asking), that's probably decided by the engineer (with rough guidelines by the label of what they want.)<br /><br />And if the label is Arista, it could very much be the label (= Clive Davis) dictating exactly when to start and stop.]]>
