David, I only happen to have promo copies for this 45. They have the same, listed (2:58) version on both sides. However, both sides of the promo 45 do actually run (3:16). So it's looking good that the CD version is golden. A quick search on Amazon shows that this song appears on two domestic CD's "The Unifics - Golden Classics Edition: Sittin' in at the Court of Love" and "Slow Jams - The Timeless Collection Vol.2"
