Actually Todd, I have the same version as you with the same
:06 spoken intro.

The 'intro edit' has an :12 instrumental beginning. Over
the years, they've serviced many "intro edits' designed for
mobile DJ's to mix in and out of a song.

It's possible that the instrumental beginning that Rich
heard on his iHeart station may be the very same intro edit

I have the digital single version of Rose and Bruno Mars's "APT", which I purchased as a lossless download from the Qobuz website. It contains a :06 spoken intro in which two giggling females are chanting something in, what I assume is, Korean at first and then conclude by shouting "GAME... START!" right before the song's opening drumbeat kicks in.
