Anyone at radio have a better copy of the clean or explicit versions of this song that is really lossless? It seems that on every download site I go to, the clean and explicit versions don't have great spectral analysis.

I think it was done from a mix-tape, just surprised that sites like 7 digital that claim its lossless are hosting files that are really not....

Well, the sites have no way of knowing what's lossless
and what's not. They sell what they are sent, and
they were sent a flac or other lossless format of the
track. They have no way of knowing it was uprezzed
from an MP3. They don't have time to to do spectral
analysis on the millions of tracks they host.

Have you tried the album version? (I haven't.) I would
say if the track from the album is lossy then it
probably doesn't exist in lossless.

A pity. But then again, it's hardly a sonic marvel.

The explicit version looks a lot better than the clean on spectral and a lot closer to lossless.

Its a similar situation for Feel It Still also, a 2017 hit.

I just bought the Explicit album version on Qobuz, from
the album, and it looks a little better spectrally than
the stand-alone flac single (Explicit), but they both
look like they are mainly MP3 sourced. Weird.

I think this is one of those cases Brian W where there is no lossless copy available and probably never will be.
