Hi folks.

So I'm perusing the list of DJ edits/additions thread, and saw Steve Carras' post on this:

I do remember a version I heard on radio that edits out the sequence from (2:21)-(2:57) of the 45 version (otherwise, the 45 was the same, IIRC).
What I don't know is whether that correctly creates the short promo or whether it was one of those classic WLS edit jobs. Anyone have the short
promo to confirm?

The short version on my promo has a listed time of 2:52.
My music room is torn apart at the moment, so I'm unable
to confirm actual length. Edit sounds about right
though.
Note that the mono promo of this is a different mix with
double-tracked vocals. It exists in both 2:52 and 3:30
versions.
