2 Legit 2 Quit -- is that a cassingle, Ed, or a maxi single (aka an EP)? Maybe there was no two-track cassingle for the song?

This is another one of those instances where they lose a second depending on the format. There's a US white label promo-only 45 on Capitol 79150 (which I've been looking for forever and haven't found), which reportedly has a running time of 4:40.

Capitol released a lot of white label promos on vinyl around that time which never came out commercially (except for a few on Collectables several years later). I have the others promos from that album, but I can't believe this one's eluded me all this time (arghh).

Regarding "Have You Seen Her," there is a listing for a "Radio Edit" that runs close to 3:45 on a TM Century HitDisc. I would presume a promo 45 or CD must exist with an edited version. Does anyone have the info?

Found a listing on Discogs that lists a 3:47 'Album Edit' for "Have You Seen Her." Details are here.

According to Gregory Cooper's 1998 book, "Collectible Compact Disc Price Guide 2", there was indeed a promo CD single issued here in the U.S. for "Have You Seen Her". Label & no. was Capitol DPRO-79146. Sorry, no versions or timings listed...

Thanks for looking it up, Gregg. DPRO-79146 is a 2-track promo with the LP version and Instrumental. Thanks, John, for uncovering the info on the German 7" single; it appears that the edit is official. There's a good chance the edit was also released promotionally in the US, so I'll keep searching.
