can't find a thread on this...

all database entries of US CDs indicate lack of reverb, etc.

does anyone know if the US 45 and LP is on a CD anywhere? Was that
version tweaked from the UK version? Anyone have the CD "The Best Of The
EMI Years Volume 2" to tell me which version is on there?

just got sent a glorious true stereo version of this. with a little widening, it
sounds wonderful

not to hijack my own thread, however when I do a phrase search for
"kind of hush", why does it not find the Hermans Hermits threads? it DOES
find the Carpenters threads though....

It came up for me using a "Topic Subject" search for "all words."

Isn't this song finally out in stereo on a brand new ABKCO CD soundtrack release (Mrs. Brown You've Got A Lovely Daughter/Hold On)?

I noticed Pat just added the hit tracks on this recent CD soundtrack to the database. "Leaning On A Lamp Post" was listed as mono. I thought this new release included a stereo mix of that song as well.

The version on EMI Years Vol 2 is the mono US 45 version, I'm told.
