My TM Century CD does not have the drum stick taps at the beginning of "One" by U2. Is this an official promo version, or did TM chop the intro?

Aaron, the three opening drum stick taps are included on my one-track promo CD single (PRCD 6706-2), so I'm betting that TM chopped the intro.
